Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
We aim to meet the estimated delivery date stated in your order confirmation and deliver to the address provided. However, this date is an estimate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. If a delay arises, we will notify you with an updated estimated delivery date.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment (including any applicable delivery charges) has been received. From the point of delivery, the goods become your responsibility.
Import Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT when it reaches your destination country. Saddler Accessories Group Ltd is not responsible for these charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any such additional costs.
Order Status and Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
If you do not receive your order within 2 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@saddler-accessories.com with your full name and order number, and we will investigate promptly.
Your Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to bespoke or personalised items.
You may cancel your contract any time from the order confirmation date up to 14 calendar days after delivery. If you choose to cancel, please notify us by email or post. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation and/or the returned goods, using your original method of payment.
Returns
Beyond your statutory cancellation rights, we accept returns of eligible goods within 28 calendar days from the delivery date, provided they are in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags still attached and accompanied by the original dispatch paperwork.

We strongly recommend using a signed-for delivery service to ensure proof of return and appropriate insurance. Saddler Accessories Group Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.
